Minhaj al-Muslim

In The Name of Allah The Most Gracious Most Merciful.

Alhamdulillah ... sekembali dari JB menyelesaikan urusan tugas lebih kurang jam 2200.Selesai sahaja makan duk depan pc sat, terasa nak mengupdate sikit blogku. Sebenarnya dari semalam lagi nak mengupdate tapi hajat tak kesampaian. Kita hanya mampu merancang tapi Allah yang menentukan segalanya. Alhamdulillah ari ni kugagahkan juga menulis walau pon a bit penat. Maklumlah sehari berjalan dan meeting di JB.

Ummi, my little sis, my bro and I went to Laman Lanskap 2004 yang diadakan di Tasik Perdana semalam. Membawa bonda jalan-jalan, seronok betoi dia tgk bunga-bunga dan lanskap-lanskap yang memang menarik...subhanallah ..... my mum, my sis and I bertolak dari Seremban dan kami janji jumpa my bro di laman lanskap. alhamdulillah ...senang jer dia jumpa kami di laman lanskap. Sebenarnya cerita kat laman lanskap nie panjang tapi rasanya tak sempat nak menulis lah sbb kesuntukan masa. part yang paling best berjalan2 di laman lanskap tanpa mengisi perut. Tulah kenangan kelakar. Some of the photo of our trip can be view via this link.

Buku yang bertajuk Minhaj Al-Muslim (The way of a Muslim).

Buku ini boleh didapati di Saba Media. Buku yang agak menarik. With simple English and insyaAllah mudah difahami. Tapi disebabkan waktu ku membelek-belek buku itu last month ati ku telah jatuh chenta ngan this book. Note RM100 dihulurkan. alih-alih akak yang jaga kaunter tu cakap, buku nie dua volume. Yes, I do noticed that. Lepas tu dia cakap harga buku nie dedua sekali RM100..... alhamdulillah ...... pada mulanya kusangka satu buku berharga RM100. Rupa-rupanya dua buku RM100.

Okie this is a brief description about the author.

The author has held the prestige of being a regular lecturer at the Prophet's Mosque in Al-Madinah.

The great author has a very humble and pious personality. If Allah wants someone to have the honor of serving His religion, then He Himself provides him with the necessary requirements. The author was born in 'Liwah', AI‑Jazair (Algeria) in 1921 CE. He was less than one year old when his father died, his pious mother nurtured the eminent child on the basis of Islamic guidelines. He learned the whole Quran in his youth before he was even twelve years old. He finished his early education in his hometown, then moved to the capital of Al‑Jazair and worked there as a teacher in a school. During that period he attended the lecturers of 'Allamah At‑Tayyab Abu Qir and was enlightened with the light of belief in Tawhid and the Sunnah (way) of Prophet SAW. When the French colonization began in 1372 AH or 1952 CE, he migrated to Al‑Madinah, the city of Prophet SAW. King Saud bin 'Abdul‑'Aziz was the ruler at that time and Al‑Madinah University was being established. Abu Bakr Jabir Al‑Jazari first worked as a teacher in Al‑Madinah, then he joined Al‑Madinah University and worked there until his retirement. He also worked as an adviser and helper in some institutes affiliated with the Muslim World League during that time.

Allah has given the author a great ability in reading and writing so he wrote several books, some small and some larger, totaling about eighty. Besides these he also wrote more than ten large books, among which Minhaj Al‑Muslim or "The Way of a Muslim", 'Aqeedah Mu'min or "The Believer's Creed", and a selection on the Sirah (biography) of the Prophet SAW, entitled Hadha Al‑Habib (This is the Beloved) and his Tafsir of the Qur'an entitled Aysar AtTafasir are the more popular.

The author wrote this book, Minhaj Al‑Muslim, at the request of the people of Wahdah', a city in Morocco. They desired such a book that included all of the necessary topics like correct belief, etiquette, manners, worship, business and transactions etc. So the author compiled this book after the incessant struggle of about two years, may Allah reward him and increase his benefit to the True Religion.

This is a book that we as a muslim shall read. Yes, out there is a lot of material that we can read but i would consider this book is very friendly user dur to its english simplicity. Wallahu 'alam
